Credit Card: You can securely pay with all your credit cards using single payment or installment options through our secure payment infrastructure.

Bank Transfer / EFT: You can place your order by making a bank transfer or EFT to our accounts. (For orders placed via Bank Transfer/EFT, the production and preparation process begins after the payment is confirmed).

2. Shipping and Delivery Options (Domestic & International)

Global Shipping: We ship our products from Turkey to Balkan countries, across Europe, and Asian countries.

Shipping Fee Calculation: Shipping and transportation fees vary depending on the destination country, as well as the weight and dimensions of the ordered products. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed separately for each country during the checkout process.

Store Pickup: If you prefer, you can pick up your order directly from our designated location without paying any shipping fees.

3. Order Preparation and Inspection

Package Inspection: When receiving your cargo package, please inspect the outer packaging for any crushing, tearing, wetting, or tampering in the presence of the courier.

Transit Damage: In case of any issues caused by the transport process (damage to the package during transit), you must have the courier keep an official report (tutanak). Prof Ajans cannot be held directly responsible for adverse conditions caused by the shipping company during transit.

4. Return and Exchange Policy for Personalized Products

Most of the products offered for sale through Prof Ajans consist of custom-designed and printed items tailored specifically for companies, institutions, and individuals.

Accordingly; products produced specifically for individuals/institutions, bearing custom names, logos, titles, or custom sizes/prints, are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable in accordance with legal regulations and statutory exceptions on right of withdrawal. Please double-check all texts, visuals, and measurements carefully before confirming your order.
